Pat lives with his wife Traci in nearby Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho and when he is not serving in his official duties as a first responder, he enjoys spending time with his two adult children, three Step Children as well as three Grand Children. Also residing in the Riley house is Pat’s retired Search Canine “Pete”.

For over 30 years, John Yovanovitch has been a public safety first responder serving in volunteer, combination and career organizations. In the career service, John currently serves as a battalion chief for a large metropolitan department. In the volunteer service, John has risen to the rank of company officer. In addition, together with his wife Nettie, they currently serve as volunteer responders in their home community. John has bachelor’s degree in Fire Administration and is pursuing a master’s degree in executive leadership/public administration both at Colombia Southern University. He is also a graduate of the National Fire Academy’s Managing Officer Program and the Texas A&M University Fire Service Chief Executive Officer program. John has also been an educator his entire adult life, serving not just in his public safety departments, but he also serves as adjunct faculty at a local college.
When John is not serving as a first responder, he gives of his time to support Scouting as well as chase his seven grandsons (and counting) around his farm in North Texas.

Lamar Green is a battalion chief with the Daphne Fire Department, located on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay in south Alabama. Lamar became a volunteer firefighter in 2000 and a paramedic in 2003. He joined the ranks of the Daphne Fire Department in 2006 and was promoted to lieutenant in 2012 and battalion chief in 2023. Lamar has served in various positions in fire service, from line firefighter to driver, inspector to training officer, and company officer to shift supervisor. Lamar has a passion for leadership and mentoring, pursuing any opportunity he can to assist young firefighters as well as learn from experienced ones. Lamar has spoken at dispatcher, firefighter, and air medical transport conferences throughout the southeast. He has also assisted the Alabama Office of EMS with the release of new programs and curriculum. Lamar earned a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Services from the University of South Alabama and is looking forward to beginning his masters program.
When he is not at the fire department or flying as a flight medic, he spends time with his wife, Kristie, sons Nathan and Cullen, and his daughter Mary.
